Our service

AnchorVault is a digital tool and vehicle inventory record service. You may save descriptions, serial numbers, purchase dates, receipts, values and photos, and export reports to assist with theft reporting or insurance claims.

Not insurance or theft prevention

Recording equipment does not prevent theft, establish insured cover, guarantee ownership or guarantee acceptance by police or insurers. The information in your records remains your responsibility. Check your insurer's evidence and policy requirements.

Accounts and business permissions

Keep your login credentials private and only provide accurate information. Business owners may invite members and grant role-based access to shared company records. Remove access promptly when team membership changes. You must have authority to upload company documents, receipts and other users' details.

Acceptable use

Do not upload stolen-property details you do not have authority to record, malicious files, illegal content or personal information unrelated to equipment records. We may restrict access where needed to protect users or comply with law.

Exports and electronic communications

Only send exported inventories and attachments to recipients you trust. Email may not be encrypted end to end. We may send essential verification, account security, support and service notifications, while marketing emails require a separate opt-in and can be unsubscribed from.

Limits, availability and changes

Accounts are subject to current tool and team limits shown in the portal. Features, availability and account limits may change with notice as required by law. Keep your own additional backups of critical evidence.
